My Future Ready mentoring program is specifically designed for Black and brown creatives in need of mentoring. My goal is to provide the tools necessary to change the life paths of black and brown designers, thereby closing the opportunity gap. That being said, I believe in inclusivity, and therefore all designers from all ethnic backgrounds will be considered and are encouraged to sign.
